Individuals who have been diagnosed with a progressive disease, suffered a stroke, have prolonged deficits or disabilities after an illness or injury, often need help with rehabilitation or simply to sustain quality of life. Benefitness will provide small group training classes including circuit training, Rock Steady Boxing, BeneBoxing, fall and injury prevention and range of motion exercises.
Opening July, 2022
We are very excited to announce our next community resource… the Benevilla Benefitness Adaptive Gym.
An adaptive gym is a fitness space where everyone, regardless of ability, deserves a chance to get fit and healthy. They are quickly becoming one of the most popular types of gyms in the county. Additionally, adaptive gyms are a great resource for individuals with different abilities, special considerations, and special needs. Caregivers also benefit as the adaptive gym offers a place for their loved one to improve health and vitality. Benefitness goes one step further with our Caregiver Retreat.

Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative movement disorder which can cause deterioration of motor skills, balance, speech and sensory function. The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to equip our affiliates and empower the coaches to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s disease through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum.
Birt’s Café will offer healthy, grab-and-go alternatives for gym members and the public. The benefits of a healthy, balanced diet are well known. In fact, a recent study published in the journal of Social Indicators Research, looked at data from over 22,000 people in the U.K. The study found that those who consumed more fresh fruits and vegetables, were also more likely to be happy.
